This app is not very dependable. It keeps booting me from my WIFI/Bluetooth with no warning? Even when I am home. If I receive a phone call or want to listen to my radio. Then it wont connect. Yes, My phone is set up to connect to Bluetooth automatically and with my hearing aids. Yes, they are paired with my Bluetooth. It seems to happen periodically for no reason. I have to restart my phone. It keeps going from left to right but it will only connect to one side. I have to do this until it work

I have just started using this app recently with a new set of hearing aids & I like it pretty well. It is easy to learn how to adjust to my hearing needs. One thing I would love to have in coming updates would be to have the ability to program additional hearing environments in the app. My technician programmed a couple environments for me. But I am finding a couple new ones I wouldn't mind having to fine tune my hearing aids. Like "Radio in Car" & "Conversations in Car". Or maybe "Home TV".

As others have mentioned, the app is buggy and not very intuitive. lots of drop outs during the 24 hours I've had the hearing aids so I'm unsure if it's the app or the devices. I first tried discount hearing aids from Costco about 6 years ago and that app was much more advanced. TH needs to take a hint from other manufacturers that have already worked out some of those bugs.
